We are excited to share our updated wishlist for our upcoming missions trip to Guatemala, where we will be serving the Deaf community. Our goal is to bring hope and empower the Deaf individuals through sharing the Gospel, education, and community development initiatives. With your support, we can make a lasting impact and create opportunities for them to thrive. Join us in making a difference by providing the following needed items that are vital to our mission’s success:

Crayons 100 boxes NEED MET 

Colored Pencils 15-20 boxes NEED MET 

Adult Scripture Coloring Books in Spanish 2-3 books Still needed 

Children’s Bible Story Coloring Books in Spanish 2-3 books NEED MET 

Knitted or Crocheted Children’s hats Still needed  and scarves NEED MET for all ages 50 each 

Women’s hats, scarves and gloves (crocheted or knitted) Still needed 

Pillowcase/ Sack dresses for all ages little girls 100 dresses NEED MET 

Monetary Donations for the Feeding Center $500 for ongoing provision Still needed 

Monetary Donations for the Widows Home $600 for ongoing provision Still needed 

Food Bags for Families in the poorest villages * $20 each (minimum of 50 needed) NEED MET 

Gift bags for children  to purchase upon arrival $100  Still needed   

Bag Lunches to be handed out during our visits $500 (for up to 6 villages)  NEED MET 

Additional Luggage Fees/Taxes $600 for all bags  Still needed 

Office Chair for our staff $100  NEED MET 

Updated Technology for Daily Audio-visual production $3000 $2500 still needed 

Portable sleeping cot with mattress NEED MET

Did you know that because of the lack of a sign language, the majority of the Deaf in Guatemala (and all over the world, really) can’t read? That’s why audio-visual recording equipment is vitally important to our work! From lighting sources, to updated laptops and recording devices, all of our AV equipment needs an update!
